ABOUT THE COMPANIONS OF ST. ANTHONY:
The Companions of St. Anthony is a ministry of the Our Lady of the Angels Province of Franciscan Friars Conventual. Our mission is to support the Friars in their ministry of serving the people of God in all walks of life. We strive to feed people (you) with our Catholic faith as well as opportunities to join in the mission of the Friars. Our devotion to St. Anthony is strong and lively! St. Anthony inspires us to live holy lives through the way we pray and the way we serve our brothers and sisters in the Lord. Above all, our love for Jesus Christ is first and the center of our lives and is the driving force of our ministry!
Together we give glory to God through living the values which were so dear to St. Anthony: Love for the Eucharist; knowledge of Scripture; reconciliation and penance as part of the Christian journey; prayer; devotion to Mary, the Mother of God, fasting for Jesus; and opportunities for Christian almsgiving!
